Aki is our main chef for our restaurant. He used to be head chef for two years in a restaurant of Devonpot , where he learnt a lot of Italian cuisines & skills of cooking. He has integrated Italian ingredients and experienced chef skills with our food menu.

Lee got Degree of Management & Hospitality Diploma in the University of Auckland. He also had cocktail Silver Medal & Gold Medal in 2005 & 2006 in National Culinary Fair. He has over eight years experience in hospitality industry. He is good at innovative cocktail and fusion cuisine menu design.
